Check-in is from 16:00 on your day of arrival. Check-out is by 10:00 on your day of departure. If you'd like to arrange an early check-in or late check-out, just let us know in advance and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

• Suite Yucca — 2 guests

• Suite Oliveira — 2 guests, with an optional sofa bed for 2 further guests in the living room

• Residence — 2 guests, plus 2 guests in the Vide

Suite Yucca and Suite Oliveira are ideal for couples or solo travellers, while the Residence suits small groups or families. For larger groups who want exclusive use of the entire property, the Estate option gives you all three accommodations combined. Get in touch and we'll help you find the right fit.

Yes, private parking is available on the estate for all guests. If you book the Estate, you can park your car inside the grounds. If you book one of the suites or the Residence, we'll ask you to park in front of the house.

Pets are welcome at Epic Mood by prior arrangement. Please let us know when booking so we can ensure everything is ready for you and your four-legged companion.

Cancellation by the tenant(s)

1. If the rental agreement is cancelled by the tenant(s), the following cancellation fees apply:

a. Cancellation up to 8 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: the deposit amount.

b. Cancellation from 8 weeks before the first day of the booked stay: the full invoice amount.

Absolutely. The estate has plenty of outdoor space, including the garden, for children to explore, and the pool is a firm favourite. We ask that children are supervised by an adult at all times around the pool area.

The nearest beaches are within a 10 to 15 minute drive, and Faro Airport is approximately 40 minutes away by car, making Epic Mood an easy and relaxed base for exploring the Algarve.
